Dr. Brandon Fairbanks, Dr. Wade Thompson and Dr. Brady Maxfield

are managing partners and practicing orthodontists at Aloha Herriman.

Orthodontist

Dr. Brandon Fairbanks, DDS, MS

Dr. Fairbanks received his undergraduate degree from BYU. He also graduated summa cum laude from the University Of Louisville School of Dentistry, specializing in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

By regularly participating in continuing education, Dr. Fairbanks is able to stay current on the latest technology and orthodontic treatments.

Orthodontist

Dr. Wade Thompson, DDS, MS

Dr. Wade D. Thompson first graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science, then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington and Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Thompson is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife Donnell and his three little boys. Dr. Thompson is very involved in his community, family and church.

Dr. Brady Maxfield, DDS, MS

He fell in love with orthodontics and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives at a young age as he worked as an orthodontic assistant during high school and college. He prides himself on attention to detail, which allows him to deliver the most beautiful and functional smiles possible.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Maxfield enjoys basketball, football, golfing, water & snow skiing, hiking, and being outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his wife, Taisja, and their 4 children.

Our entire team is also dedicated to learning everything about orthodontic care. We are proud to offer the latest advances in orthodontics by staying up to date with the field. Our staff is constantly learning new techniques as advances come out.

Erica Hartshorn

Office Manager / Financial Coordinator

Erica loves her family, friends and the great kids she gets to work with. She has an amazing husband and 5 awesome children. She is excited to be a grandma in the near future. Erica loves running, hiking, adventuring with her dog and spending time with loved ones. Her family runs and most of her kids race and run cross-country. She is super exicted to be part of the Aloha team.

Traci Nelson

Receptionist

Traci grew up in South Ogden and is currently living in Herriman with her husband, 4 children and 2 little dogs. She loves cuddling her family and dogs while watching movies in the winter and loves going on hikes, swimming and soaking up the sun in the summer. She has a passion for natural/healthy living. Traci loves sunny days and going on vacation anywhere there is a warm beach and palm trees. So naturally, she enjoys the cute beach theme at Aloha Orthodontics!

Morgan Brown

Lead Ortho Assistant

Morgan is a mother of three young children and one dog named Hank. She has been working in orthodontics for 5 years and says her favorite part is getting to know her patients on a personal level like friends. Morgan loves all things sports, especially football. GO UTES!. She is a very active member in the Westlake community. Morgan loves movies and movie theater popcorn. Her guilty pleasures are sushi and trashy reality TV.

Megan Lara

Ortho Assistant

Megan is a basketball fan and loves watching the Phoenix Suns with her husband. She just moved to Utah from Arizona and started at Aloha in October of 2022. Megan loves to be outside and loves to play games especially card games. She lived in New York City and i Bermuda and would go back to either place any day! Her guilty pleasures are cheese burgers, soda, and binge watching the same tv shows over and over. She loves seeing how straight teeth boosts patient confidence!

Aubrey Crowther

Ortho Assistant

Aubrey absolutely loves orthodontics! Even as a kid, she knew she wanted to be an assistant. She always wanted to watch her siblings dental appointments because it was so fascinating. Aubrey and her husband enjoy being outdoors in their free time. They love to go hiking, camping and fishing and rock climbing. She is very friendly and a fun person to have in the office.
